Over many, years of experience in numerous scientific disciplines have been pivotal in the development of my " X-Y Electron Cell Polarizer.” This provides hope for those individuals where the medical profession is unable to offer further assistance through medical intervention or pharmacological support. 

My " X-Y Electron Cell Polarizer" is operated by a Fractal Statistical "D" set computer guided program, and acts as a vehicle for destroying pathogens and damaged or mutated cells.

Equilibrium can be reached and the body can then begin to heal itself. Individuals suffering from many serious diseases and debilitating conditions can expect significant improvement or recovery. In my laboratory setting, the ion channels are proteins in the cell membrane have a hole and the ion channel protein can change, closing and opening this hole which allows ions such as sodium, potassium, and chloride  to get into or out of the cell. The small electrical current / volts can be measured in an individual ion channel molecule. This current is low when the channel is closed and it is high when it is open. This way  I have demonstrated that a normal healthy cell has an electrical potential of 69.8862 to 70.6620 mv, an aged cell has 49.5629 to 53.4643 mv, and a cancerous or diseased cell has 14.9512 to 15.1022 mv. When a cell is in distress, the electrical potential as well as the sodium-potassium and chloride balances are disturbed.

Cells in the human body carry a genetic code which control  many characteristics.

Inside the nucleus of every cell is a chemical called     deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA). It contains all the information which makes you who you are, as well as instructions which tell cells how to behave so that life can continue. Each cell has a specialized and differentiated task with its work  programmed by the nucleus at the center of the cell. Cells in the human body also carry the genetic code for building the entire organism. Between the nucleus and the cell wall  is a fluid called cytoplasm. Within this fluid are mini organs called organelles which perform different activities.

The DNA molecule resembles a twisted ladder  in shape which is referred  to as a double helix. When we are asleep, the secret communicators  instruct the nucleus of a cell to replicate. This process occurs in damaged as well as healthy cells. Cells are the building blocks from which our bodies are made and they receive instructions to rebuild, repair and copy themselves.  The copying process  is still a secret but  once the instructions  have been dispatched  from the brain with the secret communicators and received  by the DNA, the molecule must be copied.  First, the two outside rails of the DNA split apart. A molecule called messenger RNA creates a copy of the section of the DNA, and then carries the copy out of the cell nucleus. Finally another type of RNA reads the instructions and builds the respective molecules be they good or bad. 

Mutated cells or those with damaged "DNA" will develop a different charge level which varies from individual to individual. This explains why a specific medication will be more effective for one individual than for another, or why it will work in only 10%, 40%, or 70% of the initial healing. My system includes a procedure which initiates and assists the body in getting rid of pathogens and damaged or mutated cells.

Special laser guided instrumentation assisted in breaking components of Burdock and Indian Rhubarb root into small particles. Further processing was followed by the search for active peptides. These peptides were formed by the linkage of the amino groups of some of the acid with the carboxyl group of others. The biologically active peptides were then separated from the living tissues of Burdock and

Indian Rhubarb root and the correct amino acid sequence was identified. This was followed by peptide library synthesis in which one or more of the amino acids of the synthetic peptide were replaced. This process has enormous potential in creating new and effective medical treatment, hence, the unique "cell marker.” The individual keeps a “marker” solution in the mouth and almost immediately it is absorbed by the system. Positively and negatively charged particles will automatically attach to damaged and mutated cells within seconds. The marker solution is colorless, odorless and tasteless. Tolerances are not developed and it is not addictive. This high tech ” X-Y Electron Cell Polarizer “ works in tandem with the cell markers.

The individual sits in front of the “X-Y Electron Cell Polarizer” with both feet resting on a base plate. Each hand rests on a separate dome which houses an  electron wave gun.

 Initially, an information run is completed to establish the percentage of healthy, aged, non functioning and diseased cells. If the percentage of viable cells falls within prescribed limits, it is then safe to continue with the second phase in which labeled cells are disabled.
